Buccaneers Want Tom Brady Back
3 years agoThe Tampa Bay Buccaneers want quarterback Tom Brady back in 2022 after he announced his retirement following the Divisional Round loss to the Los Angeles Rams several weeks ago. The Buccaneers have reportedly told Brady that they will do whatever it takes to get him back, and Brady hasn't ruled it out and is keeping his mind open to the idea. If Tampa can't entice the greatest signal-caller of all time to return, the Bucs could swing a trade for a veteran quarterback. They've done extensive homework on Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson and Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson, although Seattle has given no indication that they want to move him. The 44-year-old Brady had one of his best seasons in 2021, going over 5,000 yards passing with 43 touchdowns, but the Bucs would need to work some things out regarding the salary cap if Brady decides to come out of retirement.
