4 years agoWith David Johnson on the COVID list, Houston Texans running back Buddy Howell was the surprise leading back in Sunday's blowout loss to the Chicago Bears. Howell rushed 11 times for 42 yards, plus added a three-yard reception. Howell could be in line for similar usage if Johnson misses another game, but with the fantasy playoffs in full swing, there's just no real reason to be targeting Howell on the waiver wire, as his ceiling and floor are both too low to be of use to fantasy managers.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
