Bills End Jake Fromm's Fall
5 years agoWith the 167th pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, the Buffalo Bills finally became the team to pull the trigger on Georgia quarterback Jake Fromm, who had been free-falling during the draft. With Josh Allen in tow, Fromm is not expected to be a starting quarterback for the Bills at any point, though he does offer a potential cheap option should the team decide not to eventually give Allen a contract extension. He's not the most mobile passer and is lacking the strongest arm, but Fromm makes up for some of that by being a smart, accurate passer. In many ways, he’s the opposite of Allen, which will make for an interesting quarterback room in Buffalo. Fromm shouldn’t be on anyone’s re-draft fantasy radar in 2020.
