5 years agoSeattle Mariners starter Justus Sheffield had his best outing of the season Monday, tossing five scoreless frames in the no-decision. He gave up five hits and two walks while striking out seven Cubs batters, leaving the game with a 1-0 lead. The bullpen went on to give up five runs, so the 23-year-old is still in search of his first major league win. Sheffield has now dropped his ERA to 5.51 through four starts this season and isn't worth rostering in mixed-league formats despite the impressive afternoon. Until the southpaw dials in some consistency, he's a risky player to stream, especially in his next scheduled start upcoming against the Astros.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
