3 years agoSan Francisco Giants catcher Buster Posey did not suffer a concussion after being hit in the face mask by a foul ball during Wednesday night's game, according to John Shea of the San Francisco Chronicle. Posey exited the game after taking the hard hit to the mask, but it appears that he is doing fine. He's not in the starting lineup on Thursday with Curt Casali getting the start behind the plate, but it seems likely that he'll be back in the lineup on Friday. Consider him day-to-day for now as a precaution, but he should be good to go tomorrow.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
