5 years agoSan Francisco Giants catcher Buster Posey had a huge game in Friday's 10-7 extra-inning win over the Brewers. The veteran went 2-for-5 with a single, a grand slam, and a strikeout. Posey took the game for the Giants by breaking the tie score in the 10th inning with a grand slam, his fourth home run of the season. The backstop now has a .257/.317/.392 slash line with 26 RBI in 243 plate appearances. He isn't the fantasy stud he once was, but, given the scarcity of the position, Posey is still a fine option in deeper one-catcher leagues or any two-catcher leagues.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
