3 years agoSan Francisco Giants catcher Buster Posey is getting a day off on Sunday. The Giants will take on the Colorado Rockies and right-handed starter Jon Gray but will do so without arguably their best hitter. In 310 plate appearances, this season Posey is batting .331 with a .426 on-base percentage and 15 home runs. He'll be replaced in the starting lineup by Curt Casali, who is hitting seventh against Gray. If you need a streaming option at catcher on Sunday, Casali could be worth a look considering how productive he's been as of late. The veteran is hitting .347 with a .424 on-base percentage and five home runs in his last 86 plate appearances dating back to June 14.--Ben Rosener - RotoBaller
