3 years agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Byron Buxton went 3-for-5 with three runs scored, two homers, a double, and two RBI in Thursday's loss to the Tigers. Buxton homered in the first inning to give the Twins a 1-0 lead, scored a run in the third, belted another homer, then finished off his night with a double. The slugger is absolutely on fire in September, as he's slashing .263/.336/.576 with eight homers, 11 RBI, 23 runs scored, and four stolen bases. Fantasy managers who stashed Buxton are getting rewarded handsomely.--Tim Capurso
