Byron Buxton's Rehab Still On Hold
7 years agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Byron Buxton (migraine) did not play again on Tuesday after fouling a ball off of his left toe on Sunday in a rehab game. Buxton was scheduled to play in three rehab games in Florida but wound up sitting out Monday and Tuesday after the toe issue popped up. He will now go for treatment in Fort Myers and then play in some extended Spring Training games. At this point, the earliest the Twins would bring him back to the big league roster is Friday, and that is only if all goes smoothly. Buxton has been on the disabled list for seven days after he developed migraines on his team's trip to Puerto Rico.
