6 years agoSan Francisco 49ers quarterback C.J. Beathard (wrist) is "truly 50-50 for tonight's game (vs. Raiders)," according to a source. Beathard has struggled to grip the football during practices this week, but he made some progress in the walkthrough on Wednesday and will be a game-time decision. Even against a struggling Raiders defense, Beathard would be a low-end QB2 at less than 100 percent if he plays. If he's inactive, the Niners would be forced to go with backup Nick Mullens, which would be a downgrade to all of the team's pass-catchers.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
