6 years agoSan Francisco 49ers quarterback C.J. Beathard completed 34 of 54 passes for 349 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions in Week 5’s loss to the Arizona Cardinals. Beathard added two rushes for seven yards and another score. Beathard’s stats will satisfy any fantasy owners that were bold enough to start him this week but he committed four costly turnovers, losing two fumbles in addition to the picks. Beathard dinked and dunked his way through the day, finding ten different receivers. The 49ers were further decimated with additional injuries on Sunday and Beathard’s lack of surrounding skill players will make him a risky QB2 in Week 6 visiting the Green Bay Packers.--Andrew Le - RotoBaller
