C.J. Cron Hits Second Straight Homer
6 years agoMinnesota Twins first baseman C.J. Cron went 1-for-4 with a three-run homer in his team's 5-3 loss to the Toronto Blue Jays on Monday. Cron, who got off to a slow start this season, is starting to show some signs of life. He has now homered in two consecutive games. Overall, he has a .225 average, .687 OPS, two homers, five runs and seven RBI. Cron hit 30 homers in 2018 as a member of the Tampa Bay Rays and still has plenty of pop left in his bat. He's worth a waiver add if he was cut loose in your fantasy league.
