7 years agoSeattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said running back C.J. Prosise (hip) is ready to go for the preseason game on Saturday. Prosise has added opportunity to make a case for a roster spot for the rest of the preseason with rookie Rashaad Penny out. The 24-year-old has played in just 11 games in his two seasons and must make some noise in the next couple of weeks in order to make the 53-man roster.
