2 years agoThe New York Jets placed tight end C.J. Uzomah (undisclosed), left tackles Mekhi Becton (knee) and George Fant (knee), defensive end Carl Lawson (Achilles) and offensive guard Dru Samia (undisclosed) on the Physically Unable to Perform list to start training camp. The team also signed former Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Craig James and placed offensive tackle Greg Senat on the Non-Football Injury list. Uzomah missed minicamp in June with a minor undisclosed injury, so he should be ready for the start of the season. The 29-year-old had a career year in 2021 with the Cincinnati Bengals, but he'll be off the fantasy radar in most leagues to open 2022 as he battles Tyler Conklin for playing time in New York.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
