3 years agoCincinnati Bengals tight end C.J. Uzomah (hip, knee) missed his second straight day of practice on Thursday. Uzomah's injuries may not be all that serious, but the Bengals won't take any chances if they don't have to and could rest the 28-year-old in the Week 18 regular season finale on Sunday against the Cleveland Browns. Quarterback Joe Burrow and running back Joe Mixon have already been ruled out, and there's a chance Uzomah could join them on Friday if he doesn't get back on the practice field. He does have a career-high five touchdowns this season, but Uzomah has mainly been a TE2 for fantasy with 3.1 catches and 30.8 receiving yards per game in a loaded Bengals offense. Drew Sample would see a starting role if Uzomah doesn't play this weekend.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
