4 years agoColorado Avalanche defenseman Cale Makar led his team to victory on Thursday, defeating the Vegas Golden Knights by a score 5-1. He lit the lamp once and added an assist. Since returning from injury, Makar has tallied two goals and three helpers. The young defenseman plays a massive role for Colorado, playing on the team's first power-play unit while averaging 23:53 minutes of ice time per game. The Avalanche extended their point streak to nine games. Colorado will try and keep their point streak going when they play against Vegas again on Saturday.--Andrew Lennox - RotoBaller
