4 years agoChicago Blackhawks defenseman Calvin de Haan (hip) will miss Friday's clash with the Predators with Nicolas Beaudin drafted in as a replacement. De Haan returned from a two-game absence in Wednesday's meeting with Nashville but logged only 3:50 of action in a 5-4 overtime win. He has managed 10 points in 44 games this season with 99 hits, 85 blocks and 58 shots. His willingness to put his body on the line will certainly be missed here.
