4 years agoLos Angeles Rams rookie running back Cam Akers is likely looking to have a conversation with his head coach after the team's Week 6 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. After Week 5, Sean McVay had stated that he had plans to get Akers more involved in the offense, but he finished the loss with just one snap and zero touches on the night. This offensive backfield has a lot of talent, but Akers is clearly still just a backup as things stand right now. Until the Rams show that they are more committed to getting their rookie back involved, he'll be hard to trust in standard-sized leagues.--Gage Bridgford - RotoBaller
