Cam Bedrosian's Velocity Drop a Concern

6 years agoLos Angeles Angels reliever Cam Bedrosian conceded that something is wrong, leading to his decrease in velocity. “I feel fine physically,” Bedrosian said Tuesday. “My velocity is still not exactly where I want it to be. I think it may be mechanical. We’re working on a couple things right now.” Bedrosian sits around 93 mph currently after averaging nearly 96 the last few years. Bedrosian's drop in velocity likely explains why he is not in the mix for saves in LA at the moment. He is not worth owning except in deep hold leagues for now. However, if he corrects his mechanical issue and starts bringing the heat again, there's a great chance he will slide back into the mix for saves. Keep an eye on him.--patton
