3 years agoKansas City Royals catcher Cam Gallagher (knee) has been placed on the 10-day injured list on Sunday. The 28-year-old was removed from Saturday's game after battling knee discomfort. The organization is going to take the cautious approach and place Gallagher on the injured list. Salvador Perez (neck) is banged up as well, but continues to play through his issue. Sebastian Rivero should see some playing time in KC while Gallagher is sidelined. Gallagher wasn't a fantasy option when healthy, so fantasy managers can ignore him.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
