4 years agoNew England Patriots quarterback Cam Newton bounced back versus the New York Jets in Week 17. He completed 21 of 30 passing attempts for 242 yards and three touchdowns with zero interceptions in the win. Newton also rushed 11 times for 79 yards on the ground which was a team-high in this game. This was Newton's best game in a Patriots uniform and likely his last. He signed a one-year deal with the team over the offseason. It sounds like both sides will mutually part ways after the season. It's unclear if Newton has done enough to earn himself a starting spot elsewhere.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
