2 years agoCarolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton is a risky play against Tampa in Week 16. Newton has been struggling since returning to Carolina, losing all four of his starts while throwing for 189 yards or less in those four contests. He also has three touchdowns to four picks in those four games. The QB's rushing abilities have been decent but he hasn't rushed for more than 71 yards in a contest. Coach Matt Rhule stated QB Sam Darnold will likely get reps in Week 16 as well, so the cutting into playing time and struggle on the field make Newton an unworthy starter this week.--Rishi Patel - RotoBaller
