6 years agoPhiladelphia Flyers goaltender Cam Talbot will make the start in Saturday's matinee road game against the Carolina Hurricanes, head coach Scott Gordon confirmed. Talbot enters with an 11-15-3 record, 3.32 goals-against average and .894 save percentage in 30 starts and 33 appearances between Edmonton and Philadelphia. He has made just two appearances for the Flyers since being acquired from the Oilers, and he hasn't played since March 6. He could be a bit rusty, and he'll be facing a good offense against a team fighting for a playoff spot, so it might not end terribly well for Talbot.--Daniel Dobish
