4 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Cameron Brate caught four of six targets for 80 receiving yards in a playoff win over Washington. Brate was a threat downfield for Tom Brady, as he averaged a robust 20 yards per reception en route to a season-best receiving performance. The veteran tight end saw more looks as a receiver- as Rob Gronkowski was utilized as a blocker against Washington's defensive line. Brate's usage has been a bit hard to discern, though it's certainly possible he sees more work next week as well, given the strong pass rushes possessed by both possible matchups, the Rams and the Saints.--Tim Capurso
