6 years agoNew Orleans Saints wide receiver Cameron Meredith caught an 11-yard touchdown pass in the Saints 43-37 overtime win over the Falcons. It was the only reception in the game for Meredith but finally saw some game action in Week 3. The free agent acquisition has been brought along slowly as he is recovering from a torn ACL suffered last season. The hope is Meredith will emerge as a complementary piece to receiver Michael Thomas in the offense but he currently is behind veteran Ted Ginn on the depth chart. Nonetheless, finding the end zone is a step in the right direction for Meredith moving forward.--Joey C - RotoBaller
