7 years agoRestricted free-agent wide receiver Cameron Meredith visited the Indianapolis Colts on Tuesday, per ESPN's Field Yates. Although Meredith is allowed to visit other teams in free agency, his restricted status means the Chicago Bears can match any offer he receives on the open market. While he was lost for last season due to a torn ACL, Meredith's 2016 breakout season showed his prowess as a lead receiver when he had 66 receptions for 888 yards and four touchdowns. It's highly unlikely that the Bears let him walk, but Indianapolis could certainly field a big offer to line up Meredith next to T.Y. Hilton for the upcoming season.--TMax-12
