4 years agoThe Arizona Cardinals placed defensive lineman Corey Peters (knee) and Jordan Phillips (hamstring) on Injured Reserve on Thursday, thereby officially ruling the duo out for their Week 11 matchup against Seattle. Domata Peko was brought in to help serve as depth on the defensive front, but with both players having logged a pair of sacks in 2020, the Cardinals Defense will be playing short-handed in their absence. While the unit began the year on a roaring start from a sack perspective, their upcoming matchups with the Seahawks, Patriots and Rams limits their season-long intrigue. Factor in the absence of two defensive line stalwarts, and fantasy managers are best served looking elsewhere for defensive production.--Jesse Borek
