5 years agoUpdating a previous report, the Arizona Cardinals and free-agent wide receiver Michael Crabtree (Ravens) were unable to finalize the terms of a contract and he has yet to sign. ProFootballTalk.com announced Monday that a deal was completed, but ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that the deal fell apart on Tuesday. Larry Fitzgerald and Christian Kirk remain the top two receivers in the desert, with rookies Hakeem Butler, Andy Isabella and Keesean Johnson fighting with Kevin White, Trent Sherfield, Damiere Byrd, Pharoh Cooper, Chad Williams, A.J. Richardson and Isaac Zico also on the roster. Perhaps a deal is still worked out with the Cards, or Crabtree lands elsewhere. Either way, avoid him for fantasy purposes for now.--Daniel Dobish
