2 years agoThe St. Louis Cardinals optioned starting pitcher Dakota Hudson to Triple-A on Monday. The 27-year-old has been a solid rotation option for the Cardinals this year, logging a 4.43 ERA, a 4.45 FIP, 72 walks, and 56 walks in 126 innings. He's given up three runs or fewer in six of his last 10 starts but will head to Triple-A to make room on the active roster for fellow starting pitcher Jack Flaherty, who was activated from the 60-day injured list on Monday.
