Cardinals Sign Victor Bolden
2 years agoThe Arizona Cardinals signed USFL standout wide receiver and championship-game MVP Victor Bolden to an undisclosed one-year deal on Friday. Bolden is a former undrafted free agent from Oregon State who began his NFL career with the San Francisco 49ers in 2017, mostly returning kicks on special teams. In his two years in the league with San Fran and the Buffalo Bills in 2018, he only caught one of four targets for 10 yards. Bolden excelled in the USFL in the spring, though, recording 42 catches for 415 yards and one touchdown in nine games. The 27-year-old will mostly contribute on special teams, though, as he tries to win a roster spot with Arizona this summer.
