3 years agoToronto Blue Jays relief pitcher Carl Edwards Jr. has been recalled by the organization on Sunday. The 29-year-old relief pitcher is best known for his contribution on the Chicago Cubs 2016 World Series team. Since then, Edwards has made a few stints in the MLB, but hasn't played anywhere too long. He has thrown five scoreless innings in the minors this season. Hopefully, Edwards can carve out a role in the Blue Jays bullpen. Fantasy managers can go ahead and ignore Edwards right now.
