3 years agoNew York Mets starting pitcher Carlos Carrasco (hamstring) is scheduled to throw another bullpen session on Saturday. If all goes well on Saturday, he could begin a rehab assignment sometime next week. At long last, Carrasco finally seems to be progressing from the hamstring injury that has kept him sidelined all season. Assuming he experiences no setbacks either on Saturday or during a rehab assignment, Carrasco may finally join the Mets rotation sometime in late July or early August.
