4 years agoHouston Astros shortstop Carlos Correa went 2-for-4 with a 430-foot home run in the Astros 3-1 win over the Twins in the wild-card round on Wednesday. The Astros advance to the ALDS thanks to an absolute bomb by Correa in the seventh inning to unlock a 1-1 tie at the time. It was a mediocre regular season for Correa, who hit .264 and only posted a slugging percentage of .383. Correa had hit only two home runs since Aug. 19, but he went yard in his final game of the season on Sept. 27. The regular season is over and the talented shortstop is hoping to finish up strong with a productive postseason.--Joey C - RotoBaller
