Carlos Dunlap Visiting The Chiefs
2 years agoFree-agent defensive lineman Carlos Dunlap is visiting with the Kansas City Chiefs on Wednesday night, according to a source. Dunlap was released by the Seattle Seahawks in March after he recorded 35 tackles (24 solo), 8.5 sacks, eight tackles for loss, 14 QB hits, seven passes defensed and one forced fumble in 17 games (two starts) in 2021. The former second-rounder of the Cincinnati Bengals in 2010 out of the University of Florida has 96 career sacks in 12 NFL seasons, and the two-time Pro Bowler showed last year that he can still get it done at a high level. Aside from the Chiefs, Dunlap also visited with the Carolina Panthers earlier this offseason.
