Carson Fulmer Struggling In Spring Training
7 years agoChicago White Sox starting pitcher Carson Fulmer continues to struggle this spring. Manager Rick Renteria said that Fulmer will still get one or two more starts to figure things out. Fulmer had been slated to open the season in the White Sox rotation, but with an 18.90 ERA and 10 walks in just 6 2/3 so far, Fulmer will have to improve to ensure himself a spot on the Opening Day roster. Hector Santiago is the most likely candidate to replace Fulmer if he doesn’t start the season in the big leagues. Neither Fulmer nor Santiago hold much value at the start of the 2018 season.
