3 years agoFlorida Panthers forward Carter Verhaeghe started and finished the scoring in Thursday's 5-4 overtime success against the Penguins. Aleksander Barkov set him up on both occasions. Verhaeghe, who was one of the best breakout performers of the season last year, scored with both of his shots and added three hits and two penalty minutes to his tally. He was plus-one in 17:57 of action. Verhaeghe averaged 0.84 points per game last season and should be around the same mark again in 2021-22.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
