3 years agoBuffalo Sabres forward Casey Mittelstadt (upper body) will be back in action on Thursday against Florida, returning from a 21-game absence. The 23-year-old had a very unfortunate start to the campaign as he got injured in the season opener on Oct. 14. He'll go on the third line to skate with Zemgus Girgensons and Rasmus Asplund. Mittelstadt had a strong finish to last season, collecting 17 of his 22 points in his final 22 appearances.
