4 years agoToronto Blue Jays infielder Cavan Biggio had a strong day at the plate in Monday's win over the Rangers. Biggio went 1-for-2 with a pair of walks and runs scored along with his first home run of the season. The 25-year-old had just one hit and five strikeouts through his first 12 at-bats, so it was nice to see him have such a well-rounded day at the plate. Biggio is locked into the two-hole for a strong Blue Jays lineup, and he projects for a strong season, as he'll likely have even more lineup protection when George Springer (oblique) returns to action.--Tim Capurso
