5 years agoToronto Blue Jays manager Charlie Montoyo stated on Thursday that second baseman Cavan Biggio could see time at both corner infield spots this season. He had similar splits against both types of pitchers last season, so he could spell off Travis Shaw at first base versus left-handers while giving Vladimir Guerrero Jr. a breather at third every once in a while. Biggio only mustered a .234 BA in his rookie season, but his .364 OBP has him locked into the second spot in the lineup where he could pile up plenty of counting stats. The 24-year-old is a high-upside pick in the mid-rounds of fantasy drafts.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
