4 years agoToronto Blue Jays second baseman Cavan Biggio (finger) appears to have avoided significant injury and is listed as day-to-day with a jammed pinky finger, according to Kaitlyn McGrath of The Athletic. McGrath reports that the finger was tested and x-rayed and there were no signs of major injury. After several negative injury updates on Tuesday, it was positive news for the Blue Jays, as it appears Biggio should be able to return to the lineup in time for Opening Day.
