3 years agoToronto Blue Jays third baseman/outfielder Cavan Biggio is not in the starting lineup for Saturday's matchup with the Royals. This looks to just be a day off for Biggio, who has been struggling at the plate recently, slashing .208/.288/.292 with one home run, one steal, 12 RBI and eight runs scored over his last 30 games. He's been struggling all year long, and at this point there's no reason he should still be rostered in any format. With Biggio out, Santiago Espinal will get the start at third and bat eighth against Kansas City.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
