7 years agoBaltimore Orioles outfielder Cedric Mullins (hip) hopes to return to the lineup on Friday, according to manager Buck Showalter. Mullins injured his hip last weekend and has played sparingly since. He should be fine, though, and should continue to play every day down the stretch. The 23-year-old has taken over center field duties and has 18 hits in his first 59 at-bats (.305) with two homers and five RBI in 17 games.
