Cedric Mullins Resting On Thursday
3 years agoBaltimore Orioles outfielder Cedric Mullins is not in the starting lineup on Thursday against the New York Yankees. Mullins will get a breather after going 2-for-16 with five strikeouts in his last four games. However, he's hitting over .300 in May to raise his season slash line to .253/.315/.416 with five home runs, 15 RBI, 20 runs scored and seven stolen bases in 169 plate appearances. Mullins should be back in there on Friday. Ryan McKenna is starting in center field and is batting eighth on Thursday against Yankees left-hander Jordan Montgomery. McKenna is 7-for-32 with no home runs, three RBI and 15 strikeouts in 22 games this year, so DFS gamers should look for better low-cost options.
