5 years agoThe Los Angeles Angels traded outfielder Cesar Puello to the Miami Marlins on Wednesday for cash considerations. Puello was designated for assignment by the Halos on Monday when the team activated veteran Justin Upton (toe) from the 60-day injured list. Puello could be a nice offensive injection for the Marlins, as he was hitting .390 with a 1.183 OPS across 50 plate appearances with the Halos. If he is able to stick with the big club and see semi-regular at-bats, he will be worth a roster spot in NL-only fantasy leagues.--Daniel Dobish
