7 years agoColorado Rockies starting pitcher Chad Bettis (finger) left early after just 70 pitches at Triple-A Albuquerque on Saturday because the blister on his middle finger was bothering him again. It's unclear when he'll be able to make his next rehab start. Bettis last pitched on July 1 and was sporting a weak 5.10 ERA, 1.39 WHIP and 6.5 K/9 over 17 starts this season. He wasn't really much of a mixed league option to begin with.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
