4 years agoThe Pittsburgh Pirates have essentially knotted right-handed pitcher Chad Kuhl and left-hander Steven Brault at the hip when it comes to appearing in games during 2020. Brault has started both games that the two have appeared in, with Kuhl following him, a move that manager Derek Shelton approved for at least one more start, although the two will flip roles Friday against Detroit. With neither pitcher working particularly deep into the game, it makes both difficult fantasy cogs, even as Brault has gone five scoreless frames and Kuhl has allowed just one run in five innings. If the two break away from their current roles, they could become streamer options; but for now, owners can likely avoid the aggravation of hoping that either gets extended work as they piggyback.--Jesse Borek
