4 years agoOakland Athletics second baseman Chad Pinder went 1-for-3 with a two-run homer and a walk in a win vs the Mariners Saturday. The A's were shut down by Yusei Kikuchi through six innings, but Pinder delivered a game-tying two-run homer off the first reliever the A's saw once Kikuchi was out. Pinder slashed .240/.290/.417 last season with just 13 homers and zero stolen bases. He hasn't done anything so far this year to show he should be fantasy-relevant in all but the deepest of formats.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
