6 years agoOakland Athletics outfielder Chad Pinder was a late scratch from Tuesday's lineup. The reason for the decision is currently unknown. The 27-year-old was 2-for-4 with a home run and three RBI during a win over the Boston Red Sox on Monday, but he has batted just .238 through six games this season. Kendrys Morales will draw back into the lineup at first base and bat fifth while Mark Canha moves to left field and bats sixth.
