6 years agoBaltimore Orioles catcher Chance Sisco is not in the starting lineup Tuesday night. The former top prospect was called up Monday after tearing through Triple-A. Overall, Sisco is batting .289/.383/.530 with 10 home runs, 30 runs and 37 RBI through 44 games. Sisco has struggled the past two seasons with strikeout issues but has taken a huge step forward in the power department this season. At such a shallow fantasy position, Sisco could prove to be a valuable asset the rest of the way if he can bring his newfound power over to the big leagues and keep the strikeouts down. Pedro Severino is behind the plate Tuesday and will bat fifth against struggling Rangers left-hander Drew Smyly and could be a decent play, as he's gone .351/.405/.649 against lefties this season.--Joseph Magazzinich
