Chase Anderson Allows Three Homers In Start Versus Nats
3 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies starting pitcher Chase Anderson allowed three runs across four innings in a no-decision versus the Nationals on Wednesday. Anderson only allowed three hits, unfortunately, all three were home runs as the right-hander's ERA rose to an unsightly 6.75. The 33-year-old journeyman strikes almost no one out as evidenced by his 16% strikeout rate and he's unlikely to pitch deep into games as Philly seems content to pair Anderson with former starter Matt Moore as a piggyback duo for the fifth starter spot. Anderson has little use in fantasy.
